The JBF typeface was created alongside three other graphic designers
and inspired by the music of James Brown.
As a group, we worked to create consistency in the details of
each letter’s design, which we cut into Rubylith film. This film
was then used alongside a printing press to create an edition
of books depicting the typeface in its entirety.
